Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies and stationery as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors.
- Handle courier and logistics services (incoming / outgoing).
- Maintain records and files physical and digital – in an organized manner.
- Assist with organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance (electricians, housekeeping, AMC vendors, etc.).
- Support HR / Admin with onboarding arrangements (ID card, desk allocation, etc.) for new employees.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to office safety and cleanliness protocols.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration or related field).2–4 years of experience in an administrative or front office role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Preferred Attributes
