Job description

Creykid Toys & Games Pvt Ltd is hiring a HR Recruiter Intern to support our growing hiring needs.

The role focuses completely on talent sourcing, screening, and interview coordination .

✨ Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing (Primary Responsibility)

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, , and other platforms
  • Use keywords and filters to identify suitable profiles
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Call and screen candidates for eligibility and communication
  • Share shortlisted profiles with department heads
  • Clearly explain job roles and company details to candidates

    • 3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews across departments
  • Ensure daily follow-ups with candidates
  • Maintain a minimum target of 5–6 interviews scheduled per day

    • 4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Update recruitment sheets daily (Google Sheets)
  • Maintain accurate call logs, pipeline status, and interview outcomes
  • Prepare simple daily / weekly recruitment reports

    • Requirements

  • Freshers / Students interested in hiring & recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in English & Tamil
  • Confident in calling and coordinating with candidates
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs
  • On-site role (Chennai)
