Location : Remote (India)

Type : Contract – 3 months

Working Hours : 6 : 30 a.m. – 3 : 30 p.m. IST

Monthly Stipend : ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 (based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a UI / UX Designer with strong visual and user-experience design skills to work across our web and mobile applications. The role requires the ability to create modern, functional, and consistent design systems while collaborating closely with product and development teams.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using Figma and other contemporary design tools to deliver high-quality user interfaces. They should also be someone who keeps up with the latest design products, tools, and trends in the industry, and applies those insights to continuously improve our design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma and related tools.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes based on product requirements.
Develop and maintain visual design systems and UI libraries.
Collaborate with developers and the content team to ensure smooth design hand-off.
Participate in design reviews and continuously improve usability and aesthetics.
Adapt designs for multiple platforms, screen sizes, and devices.

Preferred Skills & Tools

Figma (required) – ability to work with design components and auto-layout.

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Framer, or similar is a plus.

Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI trends.

Basic knowledge of design systems, color theory, and typography.

Exposure to AI-assisted design tools (e.g., UX Pilot, Framer AI) is an advantage.

Experience & Education

1–3 years of experience in UI / UX design or a related creative field.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related discipline (preferred).

A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects is mandatory.
