Service Management Functional Job Description.
SAP has incorporated erstwhile SAP CRM specific process in S / 4 “Service Management in SAP S / 4HANA for customer management”. So, we are looking for a profile which has experience in Customer Service process like
Create and track notifications for complaints, service requests and detected problems.
Prioritize and classify notifications for efficient management.
Create and manage service orders to plan and execute interventions.
Track the status of service orders, resources used and associated costs.
Monitoring of stock movements and replenishment levels.
On-site intervention planning, including management of technicians and equipment.
Track interventions in real time and adjust schedules if necessary.
Creation and management of service contracts, including conditions, SLAs and billing terms
Monitoring contract compliance and managing renewals.
Billing management for services rendered, including generation of invoices based on interventions and parts used.
Integration with SAP FI for payment and accounts receivable management.
Reporting and analysis tools to monitor service performance.
Generate customized reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs.
Knowledge on integration of CS and PM module
The preferred profile should have worked on the above in SAP CRM Service module that handles customer service interactions, including case management, service requests, and scheduling service engineers. Experience on S / 4 HANA is a must . Exposure to FIORI is good to have.
