Join our AI Innovation Team and help shape the future of AI-powered solutions! We’re looking for an experienced AI / ML & Generative AI Developer who’s passionate about building cutting-edge Generative AI, LLM-powered applications, and Agentic AI systems for enterprise use cases.

Role Summary

As an AI / ML & Generative AI Developer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models, LLM applications, and intelligent AI agents. This is a critical role driving innovation at scale, leveraging technologies like LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks .

✅ Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI / ML models and Generative AI applications for diverse enterprise challenges.

Fine-tune and integrate LLMs with LangChain, LlamaIndex , and RAG pipelines .

Build Agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning and decision-making.

Design scalable data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured / unstructured data.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects to productionize AI solutions.

Implement CI / CD pipelines for ML / GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices .

Leverage Azure and Databricks for scalable AI deployments and monitoring.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML & Generative AI development .

Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations .

Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex , Python, and ML / DL libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch .

Deep knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Transformer architectures .

Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI / CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).

✅ Preferred Skills

Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.

Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI , or other agent frameworks.

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Databricks ML tools .

Awareness of AI security, responsible AI, and model governance .

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.

Excellent communication — ability to simplify complex AI concepts.

Collaborative mindset within agile teams.

Growth-driven with a passion for emerging technologies.
