Position : Manager – Channel Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

Location : Noida (Hybrid Mode : 2 Days from Office)

CitiXsys-iVend Retail is hiring a Manager – Channel Partner Recruitment & Onboarding to drive our channel-led growth in SaaS, on-cloud and on-premise retail management solutions. In this role, you will own the partner lifecycle from identification and recruitment through to onboarding, before transitioning accounts to the Partner Enablement team.

Key responsibilities :

Source, qualify and recruit channel partners in priority markets

Respond to and nurture inbound partner enquiries from web and marketing channels

Manage all outreach and funnel activities

Run the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process with Channel Sales Managers

Ensure a strong first impression and clear value proposition for all prospective partners

Requirements :

4+ years of partner recruitment experience in a corporate environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working across global time zones and towards defined KPIs / KRAs

Experience in retail tech or global SaaS / channel programs is an advantage
