Role Overview :

As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) , you will be the bridge between our customers and our product teams, ensuring every customer derives maximum value from the CultureMonkey platform. You will own post-implementation success, troubleshoot issues, and provide consultative guidance to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, loves problem-solving, and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and post-implementation success.
• Understand client needs, workflows, and technical environments to recommend best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
• Drive product adoption through regular check-ins, demos, and feature training sessions.
• Monitor account health, usage, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and advocate for customer needs.
• Maintain documentation for client configurations, technical solutions, and FAQs.
