SAP EHS Functional Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EHS Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP EHS modules, regulatory compliance requirements, and process integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, PM, HCM). This role will focus on driving sustainable safety processes and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EHS modules including Product Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, and Dangerous Goods Management.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications .

Integrate EHS functionalities with other SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow.

Manage incident and risk management processes within SAP EHS.

Support compliance and sustainability reporting (e.g., REACH, OSHA, GHS).

Conduct end-user training and prepare system documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system performance and upgrades.

Troubleshoot EHS-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience

6–12 years of experience in SAP EHS module implementation and support .

Strong knowledge of EHS processes , safety data sheets (SDS), substance volume tracking, and regulatory reporting.

Experience integrating EHS with SAP MM, PP, QM, and PM .

Hands-on experience in incident management, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring .

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Good to Have

Experience with S / 4HANA and Fiori apps for EHS.

Knowledge of EHS sustainability and carbon footprint management .

Exposure to global compliance standards (REACH, OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
