Content Interns (Script Writer / Content Researcher / Content Ideator)

Teams : Covalent Media (client brands) & Beyond Campus (student media)

Role Summary

You'll help turn ideas into Instagram-first content that ranks on keywords, earns saves / shares, and drives real actions. You'll work with our editors and strategists to research, script, and frame concepts that fit each brand's voice.

What Success Look Like

• 30 days : On-time delivery; 10+ solid hooks / week; 2–3 research packs / week; clean briefs editors can execute.
• 60 days : Posts show non-follower reach growth, stronger retention (3s watch), and saves; keyword alignment is visible in captions / bio / alt text.
• 90 days : You can own a mini-funnel (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU) end-to-end and contribute ideas that convert into leads / bookings.

How this Role Fits In

You'll be part of the Content team, partnering daily with video editors, SMM, and founders to ship high-signal content for clients (Covalent Media) and students (Beyond Campus).
