Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle US-based lead generation, client communication, and business growth activities during the night shift. The ideal candidate will engage with US clients, identify business opportunities, and support the sales cycle while maintaining strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other US market channels.
- Communicate with US-based prospects and clients during night shift hours.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant services or solutions.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM or tracking systems.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and client requirements.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports and share updates with management.
- Stay informed about US market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Previous experience in BDE, US calling, international sales, or outbound lead generation preferred.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.Ability to consistently work during the night shift .Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is an advantage.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Key Skills
