Job description3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-growth brand environment. Strong understanding of website development workflows , CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), and SEO fundamentals. Proven experience in content marketing and performance campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, or ). Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote setup. Immediate availability — ready to join right away. Must be available to work EST hours (6pm- 3 am) Work with a collaborative, ambitious, and global team. Freedom to bring creative ideas and strategic thinking to life. About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Account Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives across website development, content strategy, and performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and can seamlessly bridge creative, technical, and analytical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management : Oversee website development projects end-to-end — from briefing and wireframes to launch and optimization.
- Content Marketing : Plan and execute content strategies across blogs, email, and social media to build brand authority and drive engagement.
- Performance Marketing : Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) for lead generation, traffic growth, and ROI.
- Account Management : Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely deliverables and consistent communication.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track campaign performance, website metrics, and content effectiveness to deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, development, and performance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
