This role provides end-to-end executive and administrative support to the Partner of Cedar-IBSi, including calendar and email management, travel coordination, documentation handling, and communication with stakeholders. It also involves maintaining trackers, supporting basic data review, managing Chairman’s Office administration and office management tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and handling personal and residential administrative requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage Partner’s (Cedar-IBSi ) calendar actively and maintain a dynamic daily tracker of emails, pending responses, tasks at hand, meeting prep documents, and all other areas.
- End-to-end travel accommodation for Founder and Managing Partner’s domestic and international travel (ground transport, flights, accommodation)
- Manage visa, passport, and other personal and official government documentation processes and records.
- Analyze and summarize basic data and documents for Founder and Managing Partner to then review as a round 2.
- Phone / verbal communications and coordinating with external agencies, groups, clients, etc.
- Maintain key trackers and databases (Microsoft Excel use is key)
- Effectively communicate with other internal Cedar-Group admin staff and teams across offices
- Sporadic support for the key members of the Cedar-IBSi team.
- Reservations and bookings for hospitality purposes for Partner
- Management of personal administrative work.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.Ability to analyze, comprehend, and summarize data quickly and efficiently.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Willingness to work hard and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit.Positive and cheerful attitude
