Job descriptionStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Proven background in data warehouse modeling (star / snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions, etc.). Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database Development. Clear understanding of table partitioning and be able to demonstrate basic concepts during the interview process. Exposure to Azure Databricks or other Spark-based tools. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools. Job summary :
We are seeking a skilled Azure SQL Data Warehouse Developer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database Development and Azure Data Factory, and a strong background in data warehouse modeling and SQL development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions using Azure SQL Server.
- Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Write complex T-SQL queries for data transformation, cleansing, and reporting.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize performance of data models and queries for large-scale datasets.
