The Climate Conversations ft Solar Square. Elevation Capital SolarSquare. Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business outcomes. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance. Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to provide datadriven recommendations. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives. Use statistical methods to interpret data and build predictive models where necessary. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes for efficiency. Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. 25 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Hands-on experience with Python / R for data analysis is a plus. Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
