Job Description :

Litigation (Recovery & IPR):

- Represent the company in court proceedings relating to recovery and IPR matters.

- Coordinate with external counsels for litigation under civil, criminal (138 NIA), IBC, and IPR laws.

- Oversee and ensure timely payment and tracking of counsel invoices.

- Handle investigations and cases relating to counterfeit products.

- Facilitate coordination between investigators and advocates to curtail/minimize counterfeiting.

- Maintain and audit IPR records, prepare checklists, and ensure compliance reviews.

- Ensure monthly updation of the Legal Master data file.

- Monitor and update IPR application and registration files.

Contract Management:

- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including MOUs, settlement offers, powers of attorney, and agreements.

- Review contracts across functions including sales, purchase, master service agreements (MSA), service level agreements (SLA), subcontracting, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).

- Apply privacy, confidentiality, and data protection rules across contracts and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

IPR Prosecution:

- Manage end-to-end registration of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents.

- Coordinate with external counsels and internal business teams for filing, prosecution, and renewal of IPR.

- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of IPR portfolios.
