Role & responsibilities Administrative & Operational Support
Manage calendar, travel, meetings, and communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Coordinate internal and external meetings / events.
Strategic & Project Support
Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and key deliverables.
Support business reviews, data analysis, and decision-making.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Conduct research and prepare briefs for strategic discussions.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely and effective communication on behalf of the Director.

Data Handling & Reporting Ability to work with business data, generate reports, and support analytics.
Document Management Version control, formatting, and archiving.
Basic Project Management Tools – Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
