Senior Technical Project Manager - AI / ML & Data Analytics (GCP)

We're looking for a leader who is both a technical expert and a world-class manager to take ownership of our most critical projects.

The Role

This is not a standard, checklist-driven PM role. We are seeking a PMP-certified technical leader to take complete end-to-end responsibility for our Data & AI division.

You will be the single point of accountability for a portfolio of complex data analytics and machine learning projects. You will manage a high-performing team, interface directly with executive-level clients, and ensure flawless, on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is a former engineer or data scientist who loves managing people, processes, and client relationships without losing their technical edge.

What You'll Do

• Own It All : Command the entire project lifecycle—from initial technical discovery, solution architecture, and scoping with clients to final deployment, launch, and post-delivery support.
• Lead the Tech : Serve as the hands-on technical authority for projects, guiding your team on best practices within the GCP ecosystem (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, GKE, etc.). You won't just track tasks; you'll understand the why behind the architecture.
• Master the Delivery : Implement and enforce rigorous Agile / Scrum methodologies, removing roadblocks, managing budgets, and guaranteeing on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Manage the Experts : Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of data scientists, ML engineers, and data analysts. You will be responsible for their performance, growth, and engagement.
• Delight the Client : Act as the primary technical and strategic partner for our clients. Translate complex business needs into actionable project plans, manage expectations, and build relationships built on trust and results.
