Job Description
- Manage multiple projects concurrently to deliver energy efficient and sustainable consulting services to clients.
- Conduct detailed building energy modeling simulations using industry-specific software to evaluate and optimize building energy performance, including HVAC systems, lighting, solar shading, and renewable energy options.
- Analyse building physics data, including thermal and indoor environmental quality measurements, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced building performance.
- Prepare high quality technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate findings and proposed strategies to clients and project stakeholders effectively.
- Provide expert advice on sustainability best practices, including renewable energy, energy efficiency.
- Lead and manage client meetings, presentations, deliverables, report submissions and resource planning.
Responsibilities
Bachelor&aposs degree in mechanical / electrical engineering, building physics, energy engineering, or a related field. A master&aposs degree is preferred.10-15 years of strong experience working in a similar role involving building energy modeling, performance simulations, and building physics analysis.Proficiency in industry-specific software, such as Rhino, Envimet, IES VE (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of building physics principles, energy codes, and sustainability standards.Experience with energy-efficient design strategies, including strong knowledge on MEP system optimization, renewable energy technologies, natural ventilation, and daylighting.Familiarity with sustainability certifications, such as LEED, WELL, or BREEAM, and their requirements.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability with flexible mindsetExperience of working on multiple projects, simultaneously.Show more
