Job descriptionDevelop and implement a monthly social media calendar and strategy aligned with brand goals. Create and oversee photo, video, and reel content that captures the brand's aesthetic. Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community building. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers for shoots. Identify trends and use them creatively while maintaining brand tone. Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize content. Handle influencer collaborations, giveaways, and partnerships. Work closely with the marketing and design teams for campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and keep the brand ahead of trends. Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media for a lifestyle, luxury, or wedding brand. Excellent understanding of Instagram and Meta tools (Ads Manager, Insights, etc.) Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling. Excellent copywriting and captioning skills. Knowledge of Canva / Adobe Suite / CapCut / similar tools. Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Passion for weddings, gifting, and Indian craftsmanship is a plus. Experience with paid ad campaigns. Basic photography or styling sense. Influencer or PR connections in the wedding / luxury space.
