Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Lead React Developer.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in development, capable of setting up configurations, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating across teams. Exposure to backend technologies and willingness to cross-skill is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable front-end applications using

React.js .

Set up and configure build systems, environments, and project structures.

Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers within the team.

Collaborate closely with backend engineers, ensuring smooth integration of front-end and backend services.

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant, and maintainable applications.

Demonstrate flexibility to learn and work on backend technologies as needed.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Redux (or other state management tools) .

Solid experience in

frontend configuration setup, build tools, and CI / CD pipelines .

Ability to

review, refactor, and optimize

code for scalability and performance.

Strong understanding of

web security, responsive design, and performance optimization .

Working knowledge of at least one

backend technology

(Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar).

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Willingness to

cross-skill

and adapt to evolving technologies.
