About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive cross-functional collaboration across Tech, Design, and Business teams. You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong ownership, structured communication, and hands-on involvement in agile project management within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Business).
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Create, review, and maintain documentation such as SRS, BRD, PRD, and workflow diagrams.
  • Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and tracking through tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Notion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Conduct project status reviews, retrospectives, and ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and communicate progress effectively.
  • Oversee change requests, testing coordination, and ensure quality assurance before rollouts.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance and delivery reports, and present insights to management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of proven experience in project or delivery management , preferably in a tech or fintech setup.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile / Scrum frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Notion, Google Workspace).
  • Experience in preparing and managing technical and business documentation (SRS, BRD, PRD).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and backend workflows (Node.Js familiarity is a plus).
