Role Overview : As the Supply Chain Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving Optimal inventory availability operational efficiency, optimizing costs, and enhancing overall business performance. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, from data analytics and financial management to team leadership and strategic planning. Your insights and leadership will be critical in shaping our brand's success and growth. Responsibilities : Data Analytics : Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, identify trends, and drive operational improvements. Sales Forecasting : Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and inventory planning strategies. Financial Understanding : Monitor financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts to ensure effective resource allocation and cost control. Business Understanding : Develop a deep understanding of our business model, goals, and market dynamics to align operations with overarching strategies. Cash Flow Understanding : Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial resources to support sustainable growth. Cost Optimization : Identify opportunities to optimize costs across the supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and other operational functions. Warehousing Management : Oversee efficient Outsourced warehousing processes, inventory management, and order fulfilment to meet customer expectations. 3PL Management : Collaborate with third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely delivery. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience (10+ years) in operations management, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial resources. Proficiency in sales forecasting and demand planning. Demonstrated expertise in cost optimization and process improvement. Prior experience in warehousing management and 3PL collaboration. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic mindset with the ability to align operations with business goals. Location : Worli, Mumbai.
