Job description

The Chat Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions via chat, email, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries in line with company standards. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance guidelines. The individual will also support team improvement initiatives and maintain service quality across all interactions. This position involves working in rotational and US night shifts to support global operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Resolving customer queries over Chat, Email & phone.
  • Ensure zero compliance issues in terms of customer service.
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM & with an accuracy of 97%.
  • Conduct activities & plans strategy to bring improvement in the teams assigned
  • Should be flexible with US night and rotational shifts.
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in US / International BPO voice process.
  • We require a typing speed of up to 45 words per minute (WPM) with a minimum accuracy of 97% .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate team members.
