Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UV coating machines at client sites.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to operators or maintenance staff.
  • Maintain service logs, spare parts records, and prepare detailed service reports.
  • Liaise with the technical team to escalate complex issues and recommend upgrades.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical ).
  • Experience : 3–5 years in maintenance or field service of industrial machinery (preferably coating, printing, or packaging equipment).
  • Good understanding of UV coating systems, electrical & mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to travel frequently to client sites.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

    • Other Requirements :

  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on service requirements.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures.
  • Self-driven, problem-solving attitude.
