We&aposre looking for a dynamic Field Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training and upskilling our BTL sales team on-ground. This includes onboarding new field executives, conducting refresher trainings, ensuring pitch consistency, and boosting field performance through regular coaching.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct onboarding training for new BTL sales hires (door-to-door, society activations, etc.)
- Design and deliver training modules on product, sales pitch, objection handling, and conversion techniques
- Do regular field visits to observe, coach, and give performance feedback
- Ensure SOP and pitch adherence across all field staff
- Track training effectiveness and performance improvement post-training
- Create quick training decks, video demos, and checklists for easy field use
- Identify gaps in sales performance and implement targeted training interventions
Requirements :
