We are looking for a Salesforce Specialist with strong experience in Salesforce Feedback Management (Surveys) and Marketing Cloud SMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce Surveys with a unique link for each patient to submit one response and enter their email.
- Use Marketing Cloud SMS to send messages to 5,000 patients who have a mobile number but no email address.
- Build Flows to capture survey responses, update the Person Account email field, and trigger an email invitation to the patient community.
