Role Overview

As a Content Data Analyst , you will work on creating and ensuring high-quality software normalization content for Software Asset Management (SAM). Your expertise will transform network discovery data into actionable insights, contributing to a world-class content library and supporting various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana (On-Site)

Contract Duration : 2 Months

Start Date : 9th January 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and curate software normalization content for the SAM Content module.
• Analyze high-volume customer data and map it to appropriate library entities.
• Conduct research to build and enhance the Software Library.
• Perform quality assurance on curated data and address stakeholder issues.
• Interpret licensing terms and maintain SKU information for IT products.
• Update and create ITAM content-related process documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
• Impart expertise to improve team efficiency and content quality.
