TA
leader to join as the
SVP / Head of Talent Acquisition.
They will head the hiring function on the group level and work very closely with top management. Additionally, will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the people agenda to support the company's ambitious growth plans across the globe.

MUST Requirements : Real Estate

Infrastructure
industry experience is a
MUST
15+ years
of TA leadership experience
Strong experience in building and setting up SOPs (succession planning, performance management, hiring strategies, etc.)
Hands-on experience in C-suite level hirings and robust talent acquisition processes.
