Outreach & Admissions Executive
Salary : 25k - 30K

Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to lead our school’s outreach initiatives, strengthen relationships with pre-schools, and support overall admissions growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable meeting external partners, conducting presentations, and driving enrolment through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outreach & Partnerships
Visit pre-schools, day cares and education centres to establish tie-ups and ongoing referral partnerships.
Represent the school in meetings, presentations and promotional discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool leadership, counsellors and coordinators.
Identify new channels and networks that can support admissions growth.
2. Admissions & Sales Support
Generate leads through outreach and convert them into school enquiries.
Support the admissions counsellor in follow-ups, conversions and parent engagement.
Coordinate with the internal team to share updates on leads, visits and tie-up opportunities.
Assist during parent visits when required.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Assist in executing on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees and community outreach events.
Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairs
Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach collateral, brochures and presentations.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain a calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports.
Track tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics and record feedback.
Maintain an updated database of all preschools and outreach contacts.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Support school-level events that involve parent engagement.
Provide market insights and competitor information to the admissions team.
Perform any related tasks assigned by the Directors.

Basic reporting and documentation skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Preferred : Marketing, Communications)
Prior experience in school admissions, sales, counselling, or field outreach is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
