Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct interactive lessons that encourage creativity, exploration, and hands-on learning.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
• Use play-based learning techniques to teach foundational skills (language, numbers, motor skills, and social behaviour).
• Observe and assess children's development; share progress with parents through meetings and regular updates.
• Support children in developing confidence, kindness, and independence while maintaining classroom discipline positively.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create engaging events and activities .
• Ensure the classroom is well-organised, clean, and stimulating for young learners.
