Job Description

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective client engagement.
• Conduct in-store consultations, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in and corporate clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders proactively.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture materials, styles, ergonomics, finishes, and pricing.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Educate customers on product features, durability, and maintenance.
• Support showroom merchandising and maintain attractive display standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery and installation.
• Handle billing, order tracking, and documentation.
• Mentor junior sales staff and assist in complex client interactions.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance.
• 4–7+ years of experience in furniture sales or premium retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client tastes and recommend appropriate designs.
• Knowledge of interior design concepts is an added advantage.
