Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability for Large Format Stores in the region.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade schemes.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly / quarterly targets.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff; support recruitment and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver customer satisfaction.
