Job Summary

This SO is for IJM. We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 5 years of experience in the Veeva Vault Platform and a strong background in Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive product success. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Veeva Vault Platform to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of system documentation and user guides.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Platform issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Veeva Vault with other systems.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Train end-users on the effective use of Veeva Vault Platform and related processes.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure alignment of Veeva Vault Platform with Research and Development objectives.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to achieve project goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Veeva Vault and Research and Development.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the organization.
