Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment plans to engage with prospective students, parents, and education agents across the region.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to student enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a seamless applicant experience that meets our high standards.
- Assist with application processing and ensure accurate timely communication with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with our community.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies, driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India, promoting mutual understanding and cooperation.
- Liaise effectively with our wider teams involved in international recruitment, ensuring collaborative working practices and shared goals.
- Coordinate and support inbound and outbound visits, delegations, and events, showcasing our university's global presence and opportunities.
