Senior Lawyer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Lawyer, based in Mumbai. The Senior Lawyer will handle legal cases, draft, and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court proceedings. Responsibilities also include providing expert legal advice, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with other legal professionals and mentoring junior staff members will also form an important part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal writing, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and knowledge of legal precedents
• Experience in litigation strategy, courtroom representation, and negotiation
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of contract law, corporate law, and compliance regulations
• Ability to manage a team and mentor junior legal professionals
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus
• Bar Council registration and previous experience in law firms or legal departments
• 7+ Years Exp
