Area Sales Manager (4 Positions)

Location :  Delhi / NCR         Salary Range :  ₹40,000 – ₹60,000

Experience :  2–5 Years ( At least 3 years experience working as an ASM team handling)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage sales operations and achieve targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.

Build and nurture relationships with key customers, doctors, and distributors.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of medical representatives.

Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer service teams.

Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.

Negotiate contracts and close business deals.

Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Business.

2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Analytical mindset with decision-making ability.

Regional Sales Manager (2 Position)

Salary Range :  ₹60,000 – ₹90,000     Experience :  7–8 Years

Qualifications :

Graduate, masters in business administration, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience  in the healthcare or wellness industry.We are looking for a dynamic  Regional Business Manager  with a proven track record in  pharmaceutical sales and business development . The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic engagement with doctors, leading a field team, and ensuring smooth execution of all regional operations.

Key Responsibilities : -

Build and maintain strong relationships with  doctors and key stakeholders  across the assigned region.

Lead and manage a team of  5-6 Product Specialist / Area Sales Manager / Medical Representatives .

Plan and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Regularly visit doctors and healthcare professionals to promote the company's products.

Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to company objectives.

Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies.

Prepare and review  MIS reports  and ensure accurate and timely reporting of regional performance.

Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations and promotional activities.

Strong leadership and  team-handling experience

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in  MIS and reporting  tools.

Must be self-driven, organized, and target oriented.
