The Junior Siebel Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing daily operational support and maintenance for the Siebel Trade Promotion Management (TPM) application. This includes troubleshooting user issues, performing minor configurations, and assisting in testing and deployment of system enhancements and bug fixes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a foundational understanding of Siebel CRM principles (especially in the context of Trade Promotion Management), and excellent communication for interacting with end-users and technical teams.
