Oracle Fusion HCM Functional – Core HR, Talent

Requirement : Principal Consultant

Experience : Minimum 6 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules, Overall, 10 years.

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Noida

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days only.

Minimum 10 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion

Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

Should have done to end to end implementation for the two of the below modules

Talent Management (Goal, Performance, Career development, Succession planning, Talent review)

Fusion Learn

Fusion ORC

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Must have good understanding of AIM / OUM processes / phases and documentation

Qualification : BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain.
