Job Summary :

We are looking for a practical and solutions-driven Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in stepper motors, sensor integration, load cells, and mechanical design. This role is part of an exciting abroad opportunity in the field of automation and robotics. Applicants must possess a valid passport and be ready for relocation as required.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PySerial, and skilled in identifying and resolving real-time hardware / software issues in motion control and sensor systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, integrate, and fine-tune stepper motor-based motion systems.

Interface and calibrate load cells, limit switches, and other industrial sensors.

Develop and maintain serial communication protocols using pySerial.

Implement and debug control logic using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other microcontrollers.

Collaborate on mechanical design and hardware integration.

Perform root cause analysis and systematic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

Test and validate integrated systems for reliability, safety, and performance.

Document troubleshooting processes, design modifications, and system improvements.

Required Skills :

Proven hands-on experience with stepper motors and motion control.

Familiarity with load cells, limit switches, and analog / digital sensor interfacing.

Proficiency in serial communication and pySerial in Python.

Experience with embedded controller programming (Arduino, Raspberry Pi).

Sound understanding of control systems, tuning, and dynamic response.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot under time constraints.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams; proficient in using tools like

multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Basic knowledge of mechanical components; experience with CAD tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related

field.

Industry experience in robotics, automation, or mechatronic systems.

Exposure to issues such as electrical noise, motor stalling, load drift, etc.

Knowledge of EMI / EMC, safety protocols, and industrial system standards.

Capability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams.
