Job Description : Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing scalable web applications, APIs, and modern user interfaces. This role requires a strong technical foundation in .NET Core, ASP.NET, React.js, and SQL Server , combined with leadership qualities to mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and React.js .
• Architect, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices , ensuring high scalability and performance.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with best practices, coding standards, and design patterns .
• Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and propose innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
• Champion DevOps practices , including CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in .NET, React.js, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), and full-stack development practices .
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence .
