Job description

Position : VP - Operations

Experience : 15 + yrs. in operations (preferably from Vehicle Tracking Industries)

Job Role :

  • Managing different VTS / ITMS Project
  • Responsible for entire operations of VTS at PAN India Level
  • Coordination with project managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Project billing and Collection
  • Production planning and monitoring based on retails sales projection, stock and periodic variance analysis.
  • Issue tracker to ensure timely TAT.
  • Operation cost optimization
  • Adherence to client and partner / dealer contracts.
  • Review and optimize operations process
  • Co-ordination with R&D and Software team for timely resolution
  • Team building, Training and leading from front
  • Vendor Management & Contract Management

KRA :

  • Project estimated revenue and cost adherence
  • Adherence to service SLA
  • Timely Project billing and Collection
  • Maintaining optimum stock level at Plant, branch and project site
