Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP PP-DTS (Production Planning - Demand to Supply) Workstream Consultant with a minimum of 8+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the SAP PP module within the S / 4HANA environment, focusing on the end-to-end Demand to Supply process. This role is crucial for analyzing business requirements, configuring complex solutions, and providing expert support to ensure the uptime and performance of our systems. You will lead key project activities from blueprinting to cutover and provide mentorship to team Responsibilities :

• Business Process Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of as-is business processes within the Demand to Supply (DTS) workstream. You will lead workshops to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical and functional designs.
• SAP S / 4HANA Configuration : Configure and maintain relevant SAP S / 4HANA components, including but not limited to Production Planning (PP), Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, and Quality Management (QM).
• Project Lifecycle Management : Create and manage all phases of the SAP project lifecycle. This includes developing blueprints, performing gap analysis, designing end-to-end processes, creating testing strategies, cutover plans, and training documentation. You will also provide overall maintenance and support.
• Technical Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring team members on technology and solution delivery. You must be able to articulate and present different viewpoints on various technologies and possess demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Problem-Solving & Support : Take full ownership of resolving incidents, performing in-depth root cause analysis, and ensuring the uptime and performance of all related Skills & Qualifications :
• 8+ years of experience in SAP, with a minimum of 6+ years of direct, relevant experience in the SAP PP-DTS workstream.
• Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining SAP S / 4HANA components, including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Production Orchestration and Execution.
• Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), including documentation.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of creating blueprints, test plans, and cutover strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and possess strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at the CxO Skills :
• Experience with and knowledge of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module in S / 4HANA.
• A strong track record of professional success in the Consulting Services arena.
• Experience with SAP APO or SAP IBP.
• Relevant SAP certifications in Production Planning or Supply Chain.
