• Administer tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM. Ticketing tool : Servicenow.
• Monitor and improve end-user experience using analytics tools.
• Deploy software and patches across the enterprise.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
