Job Description :

• Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases.
• Work closely with product team and offering manager to document the requirements in the form of epics and story.
• Manage product backlog.
• Ensure the Sprint Team develops product functionality from a business perspective based on priorities and business requirements. Clarity on acceptance criteria.
• Agile expertise, communication, SFDC knowledge
• Agile Tools & Processes : Experience with Jira / Rally
• How do you ensure process adherence in distributed teams?
• Communication & Confidence :
• Handling Scrum team conflicts
• Influencing stakeholders without authority
• SFDC Knowledge : Experience with SFDC in Agile delivery
• Integrating SFDC workflows
• Ability to perform code and estimation reviews
