Location : Remote – India

Schedule : U.S. Central Time Zone (CST) overlap required at least 2 out of 5 weekdays (typically 6 : 00 PM – 1 : 30 AM IST)

Reports To : Senior Manager, Client Delivery & Data Analytics

Why This Role Exists

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Data Scientist – Growth Intelligence & AI Innovation to help turn complex distributor and CRM datasets into actionable intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of data science, sales analytics, and business strategy — driving the insights that determine how our clients deploy inside-sales teams, target whitespace, and quantify ROI.

You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to design predictive models, build scalable frameworks, and uncover growth opportunities that accelerate top-line performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze CRM, ERP, and transactional datasets to uncover growth opportunities across customer segments.
  • Build predictive models for whitespace, churn risk, and account prioritization using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Partner with consulting teams to translate analytical findings into go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to surface insights with clarity and impact.
  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives for lead scoring, account matching, and revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and repeatability across analytical projects.
  • Collaborate across time zones with U.S. and India teams to deliver client-ready insights at speed.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of applied data-science or advanced-analytics experience.
  • Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and pandas / scikit-learn .
  • Experience with B2B or distribution data (sales, pricing, product, or customer segmentation) preferred.
  • Solid grounding in statistics, regression, and machine-learning techniques.
  • Ability to convert business questions into analytical frameworks and communicate insights with clarity.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-visibility, entrepreneurial environment.
