What You'll Do
- Analyze Power, Digital, and RF circuits from a design and reliability perspective
- Derating Analysis
- FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis
- WCCA (Worst Case Circuit Analysis)
- MTBF / MTTF / Reliability Predictions
- Provide design for reliability inputs during circuit development stages
- Review hardware schematics, BOMs, and test reports to assess circuit robustness and long-term performance
- Interface with design, production, and testing teams to ensure compliance with space-grade and defense-grade quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation and reports as per project and customer requirements.
- Support reliability test planning and evaluation, including thermal, vibration, and environmental stress testing
- Proven expertise in Digital Circuit Analysis; Power and RF circuit exposure preferred.
- Hands-on experience in reliability tools and standards (e.g., MIL-STD-217, Telcordia, ECSS standards).
- Candidates with R&QA Design Engineer background
- Working knowledge of hardware validation, part stress analysis, and radiation effect analysis is a plus.
