Job description

Job Title : Oracle EBS Payroll Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the EBS Payroll track to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement benefits solutions, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll / benefits-related issues, and provide end-user training and support.

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience with Oracle EBS Payroll.
  • Proven experience with 2-3 support projects and 2-3 end-to-end implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Expertise in OA Framework (OAF) and personalization / customization of EBS modules.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) components and development standards.
  • Knowledge of Oracle APIs and interface tables for data conversions and integrations.
  • Experience with Unix / Linux shell scripting for automation and EBS-related tasks.
