Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and structured Designer to join Mastek’s Value Generative Office (VGO) — a strategic function focused on business storytelling, pursuit excellence, and value communication.

This role is responsible for bringing clarity and visual strength to presentations, proposals, case studies, and templates that support large deals, service line narratives, and win communications .

You will collaborate with leaders, pursuit teams, and marketing to create design outputs that are consistent, professional, and brand-aligned , helping Mastek communicate value effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling PowerPoint decks, Word proposals, and business templates .
• Translate business and technical inputs into clear, visually structured stories.
• Format and refine case studies, win notices, and service line collateral for internal and client-facing use.
• Build and maintain a library of branded templates, icons, and design elements for reusability.
• Work closely with pursuit and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and on-time delivery .
• Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and design standards across the organization.
