Business Development Specialist

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Business Development Specialist for a UK-based global event company. The position is a full-time remote position.

Experience required : 1-2 years

CTC : 4-6 LPA + Commissions

Location : Remote

Time : 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Engaging directly with senior executives across industries to invite them to attend high-value, insight-driven business events
• Building authentic and professional relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across multiple sectors
• Effectively articulating the value proposition of each event, clearly answering the "What's In It For Me?" for potential attendees
• Managing attendee pipelines across multiple campaigns to ensure consistent conversions and outreach effectiveness
• Handling objections and rejections with confidence, persistence, and a results-oriented approach
• Collaborating closely with campaign managers, event producers, and strategic partners to align outreach with event goals
• Tracking campaign progress, maintaining accurate data, and optimizing outreach strategies based on feedback and performance insights
• Supporting the delivery of exceptional event experiences by ensuring the right audience mix and engagement quality
• Driving consistent conversions through persuasive communication and follow-ups across channels such as , email, and phone
