Job Description
Must have :
- Expert level experience in handling Cisco IP telephony Network Infrastructure.
- Expert understanding of the following Cisco Unified Communication Products a) Cisco CUCM 10.x, 11.x, 12.x (Mandatory)
- CER (Cisco Emergency Responder (Mandatory)
- Cisco Call Manager Express & Cisco Unity express
- Understanding of Cisco Licensing models
- In depth understanding of Cisco Expressway
- Cisco IM&P and Jabber
- Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers and Analog gateways
- Trunks, E1 / T1(CAS, CCS), FXS / FXO, & SIP
- Gatekeepers
- Gateway protocols : H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP.
- Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (preferred)
- Excellent ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem Management
- Excellent Problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Expert knowledge in Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Expert knowledge in Cisco Unity Connection
- Expert Knowledge in Cisco UCCX
- Expert knowledge in Cisco Session Management platform (SME)
- Expert knowledge in Session Border Controller technology
- Expert knowledge in SIP Trunk
- Knowledge of UCS and virtualization technologies
